REDANCHOR® plans intensive cleaning projects for corporate offices and commercial workplaces—from workstations, floors and washrooms to internal glass, fixtures and selected specialist surfaces. Each requirement is structured around the office condition, agreed scope and operating schedule.

01WHEN ROUTINE UPKEEP IS NOT ENOUGH
Routine housekeeping maintains the office day to day. Over time, however, detailed corners, floor edges, fixtures, washrooms and high-use surfaces can require more intensive attention. Moving into a new workspace or preparing an office for handover can create a similar requirement.
REDANCHOR® defines the cleaning project around the actual site condition, priority areas, suitable methods and work schedule—so customers know which surfaces will be addressed and which activities remain outside the agreed scope.

02CHOOSE YOUR CLEANING SCOPE
Office deep cleaning can be scoped around individual areas or combined into a wider project. Final inclusions, methods and exclusions are confirmed before execution.
Detailed cleaning of cleared desk surfaces, workstation surroundings, accessible storage exteriors and agreed office furniture surfaces.
Intensive cleaning of suitable floor surfaces, corners, floor edges and skirting, with mechanised cleaning where appropriate for the material and condition.
Detailed cleaning of agreed washroom fixtures, accessible surfaces, pantry counters, sinks, external cabinet surfaces and associated floor areas.
Cleaning of accessible internal glass, partition faces, frames and associated fittings within the approved cleaning scope.
Optional specialist cleaning of suitable upholstery, carpets and furniture surfaces where requested, technically appropriate and explicitly included in the quotation.
Attention to accessible ledges, corners, doors, switches and agreed detailed surfaces using methods appropriate to the underlying materials.
03HOW THE PROJECT RUNS
Understand the office type, approximate size, current condition and requested cleaning areas.
Identify priority areas, surface materials, cleaning requirements, exclusions and any access constraints.
Determine appropriate cleaning tools, machinery, materials, personnel and operational precautions.
Coordinate the work window, access, protection of sensitive areas and client-side clearance of documents, valuables and equipment.
Carry out the agreed cleaning tasks through an organised work sequence with supervision and appropriate surface-care methods.
Review the completed scope, document outstanding observations where relevant and hand over the agreed cleaned areas.

06QUESTIONS
Regular housekeeping maintains a workplace through recurring cleaning routines. Office deep cleaning focuses on more intensive or detailed cleaning of selected areas and surfaces within a defined project scope.
Yes. A project can be scoped around particular areas or requirements, such as floors, workstations, washrooms, internal glass or other agreed cleaning tasks.
These can be included as optional specialist scopes where suitable and specifically agreed. They are not automatically included in every office deep-cleaning quotation.
Scheduling can be coordinated around the office's operating requirements, subject to team availability, site access and the agreed scope.
Sensitive documents, valuables, personal belongings and equipment should be secured or cleared as agreed before cleaning. The preparation responsibilities are discussed during scope planning.
The required tools, machinery and materials are defined based on the selected methods and agreed commercial scope. Surface compatibility and site conditions are considered during planning.
Yes. Office deep cleaning can be planned around move-in or handover requirements once the site is sufficiently ready. Construction waste clearance, shifting and other additional works are separate unless explicitly included.
Pricing depends on the office size, selected cleaning tasks, site condition, access requirements, materials, resources and operating window. The final quotation follows the agreed scope assessment.
Yes. Recurring Housekeeping Services can be assessed separately if ongoing daily workplace cleaning is required.
