Capt. Rajesh Jha founded and envisioned REDANCHOR® in 2016. It began as an operating business, serving clients from its early phase.
His Merchant Navy background shaped a disciplined approach to responsibility and delivery. The philosophy was simple: understand the requirement, take responsibility for delivery and follow through with discipline.

In 2021, the REDANCHOR® brand was brought under Supermade Ventures Private Limited. This provided a stronger business foundation for an already operating brand.
