Within your selected package’s cleanable-area limit: one kitchen, up to one bathroom per BHK, one standard balcony up to 60 sq ft and the applicable staircase scope.

- Living & Dining
- Floors, furniture exteriors and accessible fixtures.

- One kitchen: countertops, sink, backsplash, cabinet exteriors and accessible surfaces.

- Up to one bathroom per BHK: WC, washbasin, taps, fittings, shower area and tiles.
- Floors
- Suitable machine scrubbing, vacuuming and mopping.
- Windows
- Interior and safely accessible glass, frames and tracks.
- Ceiling Fans
- External fan blade and fixture dust removal.
- Balcony
- One standard balcony up to 60 sq ft.
- Staircases
- One internal G+1 staircase in applicable bungalow/duplex packages.
- Walls & Ceilings
- Accessible dry cobweb and surface dust removal.
Not included in the basic package
- Sofa, mattress and carpet wet shampooing.
- Cupboard, wardrobe and drawer interiors.
- Refrigerator, oven and other appliance interiors.
- Furniture or floor polishing.
- Wet washing of walls or ceilings.
- High-rise external glass cleaning.
- Heavy furniture shifting.
- Pest control.
- Hazardous waste or contamination removal.
- Construction residue or paint removal.
- Repairs, plumbing or electrical work.
- Equipment dismantling.
- Utensil and personal-belonging cleaning.
