Website prototype: wording requires final legal and factual verification before production launch. It does not replace agreed contracts or professional legal advice.
Company & Services
REDANCHOR is a brand operated by Supermade Ventures Private Limited.
Website content describes general services and capabilities. Actual service availability, inclusions, exclusions and commercial commitments depend on the agreed project or service arrangement.
Quotations & Scope
Project requirements, work schedules, manpower, materials, responsibilities and commercial terms are determined through the applicable accepted quotation, purchase order or agreement.
Additional work, changed requirements, restricted access, site-preparation issues or revised resources may require separate agreement and adjusted commercial terms. An enquiry or website description does not itself constitute a binding commercial offer.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules, advances, milestones, credit periods, taxes and settlement arrangements are governed by the applicable written commercial agreement, subject to mandatory law.
Clients must make payments within the agreed due dates. REDANCHOR reserves the right to pursue overdue amounts and applicable statutory remedies.
MSME & Delayed-Payment Protections
Supermade Ventures Private Limited holds Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-GJ-01-0118670. Where the enterprise and transaction qualify for Micro or Small Enterprise protections, Sections 15–18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 apply.
Under Section 15, a written payment period cannot exceed 45 days from acceptance or deemed acceptance of the relevant goods or services; shorter applicable payment obligations remain enforceable. This statutory ceiling does not create an automatic 45-day credit period.
Where applicable, Section 16 provides for compound interest with monthly rests at three times the Reserve Bank of India bank rate on qualifying overdue amounts. Statutory recovery and dispute-resolution rights, including recourse through the competent Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council where available, are reserved.
Qualifying overdue payments may also have consequences for the buyer's income-tax deductions under Section 37(2)(g) of the Income-tax Act, 2025, or corresponding provisions applicable to the relevant tax year.
Responsibilities & Disputes
Each engagement is subject to its agreed responsibilities, site conditions, service scope and applicable law. Parties are encouraged to raise commercial concerns first through written communication.
Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is the intended jurisdiction for eligible contractual disputes, subject to applicable law, mandatory statutory forums and any valid agreement-specific dispute-resolution provision.
